1 box yellow cake mix (I used a Betty Crocker gluten free mix)
1/3 cup water
1 stick unsalted butter, softened (1/2 cup)
2 bananas (mashed)
2 large eggs (room temperature)
1 cup Reese's peanut butter cups (chopped)
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10"x5" loaf pan. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, place cake mix, water, butter, bananas, and eggs. With an electric mixer, beat on low for 30 seconds, then turn up to medium and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in peanut butter cups (reserving a handful to sprinkle on top). Then stir in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkled reserved peanut butter cups on top. Bake 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into middle of bread comes out clean. Let cool.

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups All Purpose flour

1/8 tsp salt
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Whisk together the bananas, sugar, egg, oil, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet and just mix until batter forms. 8- ounces miniature peanut butter cups or chopped peanut butter cups

Steps:

1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
