  • Choose high-quality ingredients, especially the roast beef. Look for beef that is well-marbled and has a good amount of fat, as this will help keep the sandwich moist and flavorful.
  • Roast the beef to your desired doneness. For a medium-rare roast beef sandwich, roast the beef to an internal temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Use a sharp knife to slice the roast beef thinly. This will help ensure that the sandwich is tender and easy to eat.
  • Spread the horseradish mayonnaise on the bread before adding the roast beef. This will help to keep the sandwich moist and flavorful.
  • Add your favorite toppings, such as watercress, arugula, or roasted red peppers. These will add flavor and texture to the sandwich.
  • Serve the sandwich immediately, while the roast beef is still warm.
