Fiery horseradish sauce is a classic companion to roast beef. After the beef finishes cooking, let it stand at room temperature for at least ten minutes before carving. Keep in mind it will continue to cook after it has been removed from the oven.

Tips:
- Choose a high-quality roast beef cut, such as prime rib, rib roast, or tenderloin. Look for a roast that is well-marbled with fat, as this will help it stay moist during cooking.
- Season the roast liberally with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs and spices. Be sure to rub the seasoning into the meat so that it penetrates all the way through.
- Slather the roast with a mixture of butter, olive oil, and garlic. This will help to keep the meat moist and flavorful during cooking.
- Roast the beef in a preheated oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 135 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare, 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium, or 155 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-well.
- Let the roast rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, making it more tender and flavorful.
Conclusion:
Roast beef is a classic dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. It is a versatile dish that can be served with a variety of sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple salad. Whether you are cooking for a special occasion or just a weeknight meal, roast beef is sure to please everyone at the table.
