Tips for Perfect Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Apples:

- Choose firm and vibrant Brussels sprouts, avoiding any with yellow or brown leaves. - Trim the Brussels sprouts by removing the tough outer leaves and slicing them in half or quarters, depending on their size. - To prevent the bacon from sticking to the pan, cook it over medium heat and avoid overcrowding the pan. - Use a combination of olive oil and butter for roasting the Brussels sprouts to achieve a balance of flavor and texture. - Season the Brussels sprouts generously with salt and pepper, and add a touch of garlic powder or chili flakes for an extra kick. - Roast the Brussels sprouts until they are tender on the inside and slightly charred on the outside, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. - Add the sliced apples during the last 5-7 minutes of roasting to prevent them from becoming mushy. - Toss the roasted Brussels sprouts, bacon, and apples with a balsamic vinegar glaze or a simple mixture of honey and Dijon mustard for a flavorful finishing touch.

Roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon and apples is a delightful and versatile dish that combines the earthy flavors of Brussels sprouts with the smoky richness of bacon and the sweetness of apples.
