2 quarts root beer

  • Hang a large, well packed scoop of vanilla ice cream on the edge of a fountain glass or other tall drinking glass. Fill the glass 3/4 full with root beer. 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle root beer
¼ cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
½ cup confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons root beer

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix, 12 ounces root beer, oil and eggs until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
