2 cups strawberries
1/3 cup vertaically sliced red onion
12 ounces rotisserie chicken breasts, sliced

Tips:

  • Choose the Right Chicken: Opt for a well-seasoned rotisserie chicken for maximum flavor. If you're making your own, ensure it's well-cooked and juicy.
  • Prep the Strawberries: Hull and slice the strawberries thinly. This will help them absorb the dressing better.
  • Use Fresh Greens: Choose a mix of your favorite leafy greens, such as baby spinach, arugula, or romaine lettuce, for a crisp and refreshing base.
  • Make a Tangy Dressing: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create a well-balanced dressing that complements the salad.
  • Add Some Crunch: Incorporate some chopped nuts, such as almonds or pecans, for added texture and a nutty flavor.
  • Toss and Serve: Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, toss until evenly coated, and serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
