AIR-FRYER SALMON WITH MAPLE-DIJON GLAZE

Air-Fryer Salmon with Maple-Dijon Glaze image

Being landlocked in the Midwest, my kids always thought they disliked fish. This air-fryer salmon dish definitely changed their minds! I cook it on the grill a lot in the summer months, but found that it is just as tasty and more convenient in the air fryer, especially on those busy days! -Jill Fisher, Portland, Indiana

Delicious maple-glazed salmon is a little on the sweet side, but not too much. The whole house smells wonderful when this is cooking; it's a great warm winter meal! I have a hard time finding good recipes my family likes with fish, since my husband is not fond of lemon. This is a perfect compromise!
