1 onion, chopped
½ teaspoon garlic powder
4 pounds fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped

1 − Tomato Can Cold Water
4 Oz. Grated Romano Cheese
12 oz. Olive Oil
10 oz. Diced Onions

3 oz. Sherry Cooking Wine

2 tsp. Oregano

1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped

¼ cup Burgundy wine

2 stalks celery
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons tomato paste
