6 cups shredded cabbage (about 1 pound)
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook pork chops over medium heat in oil until no longer pink; remove from pan and keep warm. Drain; reserving 1 teaspoon drippings.   • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon butter.

6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine
