Helpful Cooking Advices

  • Use a large casserole dish. This will allow the rice to spread out in a thin layer, which will promote even cooking.
  • Don't overcook the rice. The rice should be al Accreditationdente, or slightly firm to the bit. Overcooked rice will be soft and Mushy.
  • Use fresh seafood. Frozen seafood can be used, but it will have less Flavor than fresh seafood.
  • Don't overcrowd the casserole dish. The seafood and rice should have space to cook evenly.
  • Use a flavorful broth. The broth will add Flavor to the rice and seafood. Be certain to use a broth that complements the Flavor of the seafood.
  • Add some Vegetables. Such as carrots, celery, and onions, will add more Flavor and nutrients to the casserole.
  • Top the casserole with cheese. This will give the casserole a beautiful golden brown crust.
  • Serve the casserole immediately. This will help to prevent the rice from becoming too soft.
