3 chicken breasts
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 scallions, sliced (optional, for garnish)

2 cups cooked rice
1 bunch broccoli, steamed

2/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Toasted sesame seeds (for serving)
