3 pork sausage patties
1 large flour tortilla
½ cup shredded asadero cheese, divided
⅓ cup salsa
1 medium egg
4 slices avocado, or to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
1 tablespoon crema con sal (salted Mexican-style sour cream)
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Crumble sausage into a large skillet and cook until browned over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes. Drain grease and remove browned pork to a plate. Clean out skillet.
  • Place flour tortilla into the skillet. Sprinkle 1/2 of the asadero cheese onto the tortilla and spread salsa over the cheese. Top with sausage crumbles and remaining cheese.
  • Crack open the egg and carefully add to the middle of the pizza; cook for 12 minutes.
  • Top pizza with avocado slices, chopped cilantro, crema con sal, and black pepper.

4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons butter
2 (8-inch) pizza crusts (recommended: Boboli)
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 cups shredded jack cheese blend (recommended: Colby)
4 fully cooked sausage patties, crumbled (recommended: Jimmy Dean)
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
1 medium tomato, diced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Set up grill for direct cooking over medium heat. Oil grate when ready to start cooking.
  • In a medium pan over medium heat, scramble eggs in butter; set aside.
  • Lay out pizza crusts and brush each with oil. Top with eggs, cheese, crumbled sausage, Parmesan, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
  • Slide onto hot oiled grill and cook, covered, 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and begins to bubble.
  • Serve hot, cut into wedges.
  • INDOOR: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare pizza as directed. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and begins to bubble.

8 medium green onions, chopped
1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1/2 cup Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
Additional Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Layer corn, onions and beans in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Stir Bisquick mix, milk, 1/2 cup salsa and the eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with salsa.

1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1 pkg. (2.52 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Thick Cut Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Whisk eggs, milk and onions until blended; pour into medium nonstick skillet. Cook on medium heat 5 min. or until egg mixture is set but still moist, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Place crust on baking sheet; spread with salsa. Cover with 1/2 cup cheese, 2/3 of the bacon and egg mixture; top with remaining bacon and cheese.

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2/3 cup water
2 (1 1/4 ounce) envelopes taco seasoning, divided
2 cups sour cream
1 3/4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 3/4 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 cup salsa

Steps:

  • Combine dry ingredients for crust in a large bowl.
  • Combine milk, oil& egg in a separate bowl; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  • Stir in the cheeses.
  • Spread into a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan and bake in a preheated 400F for 10- 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cook beef in a large skillet, over medium heat until no longer pink, about 10 minutes; drain off fat.
  • Stir in water& 1 envelope of taco seasoning.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat& simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
  • Set aside.
  • Combine sour cream& 2nd package of taco seasoning in a small bowl; mix well.
  • Spread over crust.
  • Sprinkle beef mixture over top, followed by half of the cheese mixture.
  • Combine the corn, beans& salsa in a small bowl; spoon over pizza top, followed by the other half of the cheese mixture.
  • Broil 5- 6 inches from the heat for 5- 10 minutes or until the cheeses are melted.

16 ounces prepared pizza crust
1/2 cup nacho cheese
8 ounces Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
1/4 cup red bell pepper
1/4 cup green onion
1/4 cup bacon piece
2 eggs
12 ounces southwestern black beans
8 ounces mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup cilantro

Steps:

  • Place your pizza pan in oven and Preheat oven to hottest temperature Dice up one red bell pepper and place in frying pan with the Simply Potatoes (diced) and fry till brown. When brown remove from heat let cool. Take your favorite pizza dough and roll out to desired thickness. Carefully remove pizza pan and dust with flour or corn meal place dough on pizza pan. Place dough back in the oven til it just turns a very light brown. Remove from oven carefully and spread out about 3Tbs of cheese sauce on crust, spread out potato mix on the crust top those with about 4Tbs of black beans, sprinkle the green onions that are cut on a bias over the beans. Beat two eggs and pour evenly over pizza, sprinkle with bacon pieces and top with mozzarella. Place back in oven until golden brown about 10min. Remove and drizzle salsa over top of pizza and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. ENJOY.

3/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
