1 fully cooked boneless ham (4 to 5 pounds)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained

Steps:

  • Place ham in a 5-qt. slow cooker. In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. 1 cup brown sugar
1 (6-inch) piece fresh ginger (about 5 ounces), thinly sliced
1 to 2 cinnamon sticks
