1 cup water
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ cup semisweet chocolate, chopped
¼ cup chili powder
3 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground thyme
