Tips:

  • For a crispier crust, pre-bake the pie crust before filling it.
  • To prevent the filling from curdling, temper the eggs by slowly whisking them with a small amount of the hot filling before adding them to the rest of the filling.
  • If you don't have a pie plate, you can use a 9-inch springform pan.
  • To make the pie ahead of time, bake it according to the recipe instructions, then let it cool completely. Wrap the pie tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
  • To reheat the pie, thaw it overnight in the refrigerator if frozen. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the pie for 30-45 minutes, or until heated through.

Conclusion:

Slumber party pie is a fun and easy dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With its creamy filling and flaky crust, this pie is sure to be a hit with everyone. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give slumber party pie a try.
