2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/3 cup water
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in butter for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Add wine or broth and garlic. 2 tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
75g baby spinach leaves
250g soft cheese
25g parmesan
4 cooked chicken breasts (about 450g), shredded with a fork
100g frozen peas
small bunch of parsley or basil, chopped

  • Cook the pasta following pack instructions. Reserve 100ml of the water and drain the pasta in a colander.
