Time 35m

Yield 6

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 (16 ounce) package farfalle (bow tie) pasta

Tips:

  • Choose the right smoked sausage: For the best flavor, use a fully cooked smoked sausage that has a good balance of spices. Avoid sausages that are too salty or greasy.
  • Slice the sausage thinly: This will help the sausage cook evenly and will also make it easier to eat.
  • Sauté the sausage before adding it to the pasta: This will help to brown the sausage and add flavor to the dish.
  • Use a flavorful sauce: The sauce is what will really bring the dish together, so make sure to use one that you enjoy. A simple tomato sauce or a creamy Alfredo sauce are both good options.
  • Add some vegetables: Vegetables will add color and nutrition to the dish. Some good options include broccoli, spinach, and mushrooms.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs: Fresh herbs will add a pop of flavor and color to the dish. Some good options include basil, parsley, and oregano.

Conclusion:

Smoked sausage pasta is a quick and easy meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. It is also a versatile dish that can be customized to your liking. With so many different variations to choose from, you are sure to find a smoked sausage pasta recipe that you will love.
