SMOKED TURKEY AND AVOCADO MELT
Found this recipe in "365 Great 20-Minute Recipes" and make it when I have left over roasted turkey. Instead of using smoked turkey I usually just use regular turkey and make recipe #100355 by Graybert which is delicious. I have used English muffins instead of cracked wheat bread.

Tips:
- Use high-quality bread for the best results. A sturdy bread, such as sourdough or French bread, will hold up well to the melted cheese and other ingredients.
- Don't be afraid to experiment with different types of cheese. A combination of sharp cheddar and Gruyère is a classic, but you could also try smoked Gouda, mozzarella, or fontina.
- If you don't have time to make your own tomato-artichoke spread, you can use a store-bought version. Just be sure to choose one that is made with real tomatoes and artichokes, and not just tomato paste and flavorings.
- To make the melts even more flavorful, you can add a layer of sliced avocado or bacon before adding the cheese.
- Serve the melts immediately, while the cheese is still melted and gooey.
Conclusion:
Smoked turkey melts with tomato-artichoke spread are a quick and easy meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner or lunch. They are also a great way to use up leftover smoked turkey. With a few simple ingredients, you can create a delicious and satisfying sandwich that the whole family will love.
