1 1/2 pounds broccoli, florets cut into bite-size pieces, stems trimmed, peeled, and cut crosswise 1/4 inch thick

1/2 - 1 pound snow peas or sugar snap peas
1/2 cup cashews
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons light soy sauce

1 small leek, thinly sliced

4 leaves bok choy, cut crosswise into 1 inch pieces
12 snow peas, stems removed
1/2 cup toasted coarsely chopped almonds
