2 ripe tomatoes, diced
1 small red onion, diced
1 large jicama, diced
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

1 avocado - peeled, seeded and sliced
salt and pepper to taste

1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
