4 cups vegetable broth
1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon lime juice
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
½ teaspoon dried cilantro
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

8 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch chunks
4 stalks celery, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup chopped onion
4 ⅔ cups water, divided
2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed beef consomme
2 teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cups cubed cooked turkey
2 cups frozen cut green beans
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
