OUTRAGEOUS OATMEAL (FLOUR) CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
In my quest to make the ULTIMATE Chocolate Chip cookie, one that's healthier than most, I decided to play around with oatmeal. I was never a big fan of traditional oatmeal cookies, but grinding up the oatmeal to use in place of regular flour in cookies sounded both interesting and healthy. My biggest critics (my family) thinks these are by far the best "healthy" chocolate chip cookie they've ever had! Hope you do too!

SOY FLOUR OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
I had gotten some Bob's Red Mill Soy Flour for my daughter and was experimenting with it having never used Soy flour before. The cookies turned out very well and my kids had them almost gone in a few minutes! Just a note that the cookie dough will have a terrible after taste (I love to eat the dough), but the cookies will taste great! The cinnamon is optional because we love cinnamon, but you can leave it out.

Tips:
- Using ripe bananas: Make sure your bananas are ripe and spotty. This will ensure a sweeter and more flavorful cookie.
- Chilling the dough: Chilling the dough for at least 30 minutes will help the cookies hold their shape better and prevent them from spreading too much in the oven.
- Measuring your flour correctly: To ensure accurate measurements, use a kitchen scale to weigh your flour. If you don't have a kitchen scale, fluff the flour with a fork before spooning it into your measuring cup.
- Using high-quality chocolate chips: Choose high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor. You can use semi-sweet, dark, or milk chocolate chips, depending on your preference.
- Baking the cookies at the right temperature: Bake the cookies at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
