4 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups cooked and peeled shrimp
6-8 slices of day-old bread, trimmed, buttered, and cubed
1/2 pound sharp cheese, grated
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of paprika
1 1/2 cups milk

Steps:

Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, or until set and golden brown.

Tips:

  • Choose the right shrimp. Use large, fresh shrimp for the best results. Avoid frozen shrimp, as they can be tough and watery.
