1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
5 ounces cream cheese
12 ounces Cool Whip

4 ounces Cool Whip
chopped pecans (optional and to taste)

Steps:

2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
