2 French bread demi baguettes (4 ounces each)
1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
2 teaspoons Thai red chili paste
1/4 pound thinly sliced deli ham
1 cup thinly sliced English cucumber
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 cups spring mix salad greens
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves

Steps:

  • Preheat broiler. Cut baguettes in half lengthwise; cut crosswise in half. Place bread on a baking sheet, cut side up.
