Tips:

  • For the best results, use a mandoline to evenly slice the potatoes. This will ensure that they cook evenly.
  • If you don't have a mandoline, you can use a sharp knife to slice the potatoes. Just be sure to slice them as thinly as possible.
  • To prevent the potatoes from sticking to the pan, make sure to grease it well with butter or cooking spray.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the potatoes. This will prevent them from cooking evenly.
  • Be patient when cooking the potatoes. It will take some time for them to brown and become crispy.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked, sprinkle them with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the potatoes immediately, while they are still hot and crispy.

Conclusion:

Spinach, caramelized onion, and Muenster au gratin potatoes are a delicious and easy-to-make side dish that is perfect for any occasion. The potatoes are crispy and golden brown, while the spinach and caramelized onions add a burst of flavor. The Muenster cheese melts and bubbles, creating a rich and creamy sauce.
