My husband doesn't care much for garlic, so I use elephant garlic, which is milder. He never mentions the garlic being too strong in this recipe, so we're both satisfied with the results. --Delia Kennedy of Deer Park, Washington

After trying another recipe for this from here on Zaar and finding it very bland I re-did it and this is the result. Got inspiration from Shaye and Taste of Home magazine. This is a good, low carb, low fat meal with a ton of flavor. Very pretty when sliced too.

Tips:
- Choose large turkey breast: It should be around 8-10 pounds to accommodate the spinach filling.
- Use fresh spinach: Fresh spinach leaves provide the best flavor and texture. If using frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out excess water before using.
- Sauté spinach briefly: This helps to wilt the spinach and remove excess moisture. Do not overcook, or the spinach will become mushy.
- Use a variety of cheeses: A combination of cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese provides a rich and flavorful filling. Feel free to experiment with other types of cheeses as well.
- Season the filling well: Use a combination of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste. You can also add other herbs and spices, such as basil, oregano, or thyme.
- Be careful when rolling the turkey breast: Roll it tightly, but not too tightly, or the filling may burst out. Use toothpicks or kitchen twine to secure the roll.
- Roast the turkey breast at a high temperature initially: This helps to brown the outside of the turkey and seal in the juices. Then, reduce the temperature to finish cooking the turkey through.
- Let the turkey rest before carving: This allows the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful turkey.
Conclusion:
Spinach-stuffed turkey roll is a delicious and impressive dish that is perfect for a special occasion meal. With its flavorful spinach and cheese filling, juicy turkey meat, and golden-brown crust, this dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends. The key to making a great spinach-stuffed turkey roll is to use fresh ingredients, season the filling well, and cook the turkey properly. With a little care and attention, you can create a dish that will be the star of your next gathering.
