1/3 cup Sriracha sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp coconut oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

Tips:

  • Use a large skillet or Dutch oven to cook the chicken legs in order to prevent overcrowding and ensure even cooking.
  • Season the chicken legs generously with salt and pepper before cooking to enhance their flavor.
  • Cook the chicken legs over medium heat until they are browned on all sides and cooked through to the center. This will help to develop a delicious crust and prevent the chicken from becoming dry.
  • Make sure to whisk the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar together in a bowl before adding it to the chicken legs. This will help to combine the flavors and prevent the sauce from becoming lumpy.
  • Bring the sauce to a simmer and then reduce the heat to low. This will help to thicken the sauce and prevent it from burning.
  • Simmer the chicken legs in the sauce for at least 15 minutes, or until they are thoroughly coated and heated through.
  • Serve the chicken legs immediately with rice, noodles, or vegetables.
