6 ounce package Strawberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
15 ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup sour cream
whipped cream, for serving, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, completely dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Whisk in the cold water. Place in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to cool to the touch.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce and sour cream until thoroughly combined.
  • Thoroughly combine the sour cream mixture with the cooled gelatin.
  • Transfer to a nonstick Jello mold lightly coated with cooking spray; place in the refrigerator to set, about 5-6 hours.

1 cup cold water
1 pt. (2 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows, divided

Steps:

  • Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Let stand 20 minutes to cool.
  • Add ice cream; stir until completely melted. Stir in 1-1/2 cups of the marshmallows. (They will float to the top.) Spray 5-cup bunny mold or other shaped mold on tray; spray with cooking spray. Pour gelatin mixture into prepared mold.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving plate. Garnish with remaining marshmallows. Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.
