3/4 cup fresh pineapple (fresh tastes 10x better than canned)
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1 small banana
3 ounces orange juice
1 (6 ounce) container low-fat lime yogurt (Lime or lemon, I prefer lime)
3/4 cup ice

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
  • Increase or decrease ice until desired consistency.
