Time 1h

Yield 4-5 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 11

20 ounces no sugar added apple pie filling (Walmart brand recommended)
cinnamon
Splenda sugar substitute
chopped pecans
sugar free caramel syrup (such as Torani or Cinnabliss if you have it)

1/4 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Dumped apple topping into glass bread loaf dish. Add cinnamon, splenda, and chopped pecans. Add sugar free caramel syrup and Almond extract.

Tips:

  • Choose the right apples: Use firm, tart apples that hold their shape well, such as Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Braeburn.
  • Peel and slice the apples thinly: This will help them cook evenly and create a tender filling.
  • Use a sugar-free sweetener: You can use granulated erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit sweetener in place of sugar in this recipe.
  • Don't overcook the filling: The apples should be tender but still hold their shape.
  • Make sure the biscuit topping is golden brown: This will ensure that it's cooked through.
  • Serve warm: Apple cobbler is best enjoyed warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Conclusion:

Sugar-free apple cobbler is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that's perfect for any occasion. With its tender apples, sweet and tangy filling, and flaky biscuit topping, this cobbler is sure to be a hit with everyone. Plus, it's a healthier option than traditional apple cobbler, as it's made with sugar-free sweetener and whole wheat flour. So next time you're looking for a delicious and satisfying dessert, give this sugar-free apple cobbler a try.
