Steps:
- Put water, half-and-half, cocoa, instant coffee, sugar substitute & vanilla in a blender & process on low speed until blended.
- Add the ice & blend on high speed until smooth.
- Serve immediately over ice.
Tips:
- Use good quality cocoa powder. The better the cocoa powder, the richer and more flavorful your iced mocha will be.
- Use a strong coffee. A dark roast coffee will give your iced mocha a bolder flavor.
- Don't over-sweeten your mocha. A little sweetness goes a long way, and you can always add more if needed.
- Use ice cubes made from filtered or bottled water. This will help to ensure that your iced mocha doesn't get watered down.
- Garnish your iced mocha with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder. This will make your mocha look and taste even more delicious.
Conclusion:
Sugar-free iced mochas are a delicious and refreshing way to enjoy your favorite coffee drink without all the sugar. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make a sugar-free iced mocha that is just as good as the ones you get from your favorite coffee shop. So next time you're craving a mocha, try making one at home using one of the recipes in this article. You won't be disappointed!
