Tips:
- Make sure to use fresh, ripe bananas. This will give the muffins a sweeter, more flavorful taste.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the muffins tough.
- If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of regular milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes before using.
- You can add a variety of mix-ins to these muffins, such as chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit.
- Be sure to grease the muffin tins well to prevent the muffins from sticking.
- Fill the muffin tins about 2/3 full. This will allow the muffins to rise properly.
- Bake the muffins at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
