Steps:
- Remove and discard the stem end and string from each sugar snap pod.
- Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the sugar snap peas, salt and pepper and saute, tossing occasionally for 3 to 5 minutes, until the sugar snap peas are crisp tender.
- Place the sugar snap peas in a serving bowl, sprinkle with sea salt and serve.

Add mushrooms, snap peas and scallions and cook, stirring constantly, until snap peas are bright green and mushrooms have released their liquid, 3 to 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until golden, about 30 seconds. Add soy sauce and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more, stirring, until snap peas are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with red pepper, if desired. Serve.

- Let the oil get heated in a large skillet or wok; add in the garlic; stir/saute over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
- Add in the onion, shallots, and bell pepper; stir/saute for 3 minutes.
- Add in the mushrooms; cook for 4 minutes or until the vegetables begins to soften.
- Add in the peas; cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Lower heat to med-low; add in the lemon juice and marjoram.
