1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
⅓ cup butter, melted
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease or line 12 muffin cups.

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice or 2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup mini chocolate chip

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine milk and lemon juice in a bowl, set aside.
  • In a medium microwaveable bowl combine flour, sugar, and butter.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg, room temperature
3/4 cup 2% milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. In a small bowl, beat egg, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. ¾ cup milk
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 egg
¾ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or line with baking cups.
