1 egg
¼ cup chopped onion

2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise

2 -3 tablespoons olive oil, for pan frying

1 tablespoon cajun seasoning (or according to taste. I use Tony Cachere's)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or according to taste)
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 (5 ounce) can solid white tuna (drained)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon oil
