VEGAN CHOCOLATE BANANA "PUDDING"

Vegan Chocolate Banana

This is a minimalist recipe that relies on only natural banana sugars for sweetening and soybeans for creaminess. I invented it this morning for my family's breakfast and it was well-liked, even though we are not vegans.

SUPER SIMPLE BANANA PUDDING

Super Simple Banana Pudding image

This banana pudding is super simple and very, very good. I used to make my banana pudding from scratch and then discovered this pudding. It is by far better tasting, easier and the most requested recipe. You can use name brand or generic ingredients. (The lady who made it the first time I tasted it told me that she only uses generic brands.) I normally only use name brand ingredients when cooking but I was being asked to make it so often for work that it was getting too expensive for me. I switched to generic and noone noticed the difference. Either way it is very yummy. Cooking time is chill time.

Tips:

  • Choose ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your pudding will be.
  • Use a high-powered blender or food processor. This will help to create a smooth and creamy pudding.
  • Don't overmix the pudding. Overmixing can make the pudding tough and gummy.
  • Chill the pudding for at least 2 hours before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and the pudding to set.
  • Serve the pudding with your favorite toppings. Some popular options include whipped cream, fresh fruit, and chopped nuts.

Conclusion:

This super simple vegan banana pudding is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is made with just a few simple ingredients and can be ready in under 30 minutes. The pudding is creamy, flavorful, and has a light and fluffy texture. It is also a good source of potassium and fiber. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy dessert, give this vegan banana pudding a try.
