4 (1 1/4 inch) thick pork chops
4 slices onion
4 slices lemon
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup ketchup

Steps:

1 lemon, cut in thin slices
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
