⅓ cup white sugar
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

Steps:

1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, plus more for dusting cookies
1 egg white
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 1/3 cups ready-to-use mincemeat
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • With mixer, beat butter and sugar until combined. Add water and vanilla; beat well.

1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
2 eggs

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped pecans
½ cup white sugar for decoration

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
