2 sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
½ cup milk
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 quart vegetable oil for frying

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste

Steps:
