1 cup soft white breadcrumb
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
2/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 -3 tablespoons milk
flour, for dusting
3 tablespoons olive oil
14 ounces dried tagliatelle pasta noodles (about 1 3/4 cup)
2 tablespoons butter, diced
salt and pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 large onions, sliced
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (14 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
4 1/2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon molasses, sugar
2/3 cup white wine or 2/3 cup water
