1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Melt margarine, then add flour and stir until smooth.
  • Gradually add milk and broth, then seasonings and mushrooms.

1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chiles
⅓ cup milk
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Steps:

This is my very special recipe made with the sauce, chicken from Anita's Lemon chicken, my moms recipe.

4 cooked chicken breasts, leftover from anita's lemon chicken
16 ounces of leftover homemade mashed potatoes
16 ounces of shredded swiss cheese
11 1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup
2 (14 ounce) cans green beans
14 ounces sweet corn
1/2 cup lemon juice, left over from anita's lemon chicken

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • dice cooked lemon chicken and heat mashed potatoes in microwave until warm.
  • mix chicken soup and lemon juice from Anita's chicken in separate bowl. Add in vegetables and diced chicken.
  • pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with mashed potatoes.
