1 (5 ounce) can tuna
⅓ cup water
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 onion, sliced into rings

Steps:

  • Place tuna in a medium saucepan and pour water over it, then sprinkle with onion powder and garlic powder. Lay onion rings on top. Cover the pan and simmer about 5 minutes, or until cooked through.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 lemons, juiced
1 lime, juiced
½ green onion, chopped
dried dill weed to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 (12.5 ounce) can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
1 teaspoon olive oil

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, lime juice, green onion, dill weed, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Mix in the tuna and olive oil. Cover and chill in the refrigerator approximately 25 minutes.

1 7-ounce can tuna, preferably packed in olive oil, drained
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 2 small lemons)
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon capers, washed and drained
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Fresh-cut vegetables, or crackers, for serving

Steps:

  • Place the tuna in a blender or food processor and pulse to break it up. Turn on low speed and add the olive oil, lemon juice, onion, parsley, garlic, capers, salt, and pepper, one at a time, until they are thoroughly combined and the mixture is smooth. Place in a small bowl and serve with the fresh-cut vegetables or crackers on the side.

1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water
8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
2 -3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 dash garlic salt
1 -2 tablespoon mayonnaise (the amount depends on how stiff you want to make the dip, more of the Tuna water, less stiff.)

Steps:

  • Mix all the ingredients together, let the flavors blend.
  • Optional add ins: green onions.
  • olives, green or black, nuts.

I made this up when my Aunt was telling me how she made her dip. I added the more spicy and smoky flavoring since that is what I personally like. Hope you enjoy it, great for parties.

12 ounces Starkist sweet and spicy tuna (one in packets)
9 tablespoons liquid smoke
3 jalapeno peppers (diced)
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix (green top)
4 ounces Miracle Whip
6 ounces green onions (diced)

Steps:

  • Take the 2 packs of tuna and drain the water out of them; dump into a bowl.
  • Once in a bowl use 6-9 Tablespoons of liquid smoke (depending on how much you want to use). Once in the bowl wrap with plastic wrap and put in fridge till next day.
  • Take it out chop up and put in pack of green onions, chop the jalapenos (depending how much kick you want), some of the dash seasoning, and enough Miracle Whip till you get the consistency you want.
  • Great with Triskits w/garlic seasoning.
