Tarragon deviled eggs are a classic party appetizer that can be easily dressed up or down, depending on the occasion. They are made with a simple mixture of hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and tarragon, and can be garnished with a variety of toppings, such as paprika, chives, or bacon bits. Tarragon is an herb with a slightly licorice-like flavor, which complements the richness of the eggs and mayonnaise perfectly. It is also a good source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, making these deviled eggs a healthy and delicious snack or appetizer.
