TASTE OF SUMMER WRAPS
I combined a few recipes that I really like...BLT's, ranch dressing and wraps. I'm sure you could add all kinds of stuff to make this your own. Bite into this, and you'll be transported to summertime...warm breezes...cool lemonade...birds singing in the trees...ENJOY!

Steps:
- Fry bacon til crisp.
- Set aside.
- Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dip mix.
- Spread lightly over tortillas.
- (I use about 2T per tortilla).
- Lay spinach leaves over it.
- Place ham slices on as if you were making a burrito.
- Top with tomato and 1-2 pieces of bacon.
- Roll together like a burrito with both ends closed.
- Cut diagonally.
- Serve immediately.

BEACH GOERS' WRAPS
Grill up some sweet ripe pineapple, peach, and mango slices, toss with raspberry vinegar and fresh salad mix for a perfect, summer wrap.

Steps:
- Cut peaches in half, remove seed. Cut into 1/4-inch slices. Cut mango half into 1/2-inch slices. Brush peaches, mango and pineapple slices with oil and grill on each side until tender. Cool slightly, cut into chunks. Toss fruit with raspberry vinegar, salt and pepper, to taste.
- Combine all ingredients in salad kit except Summer Vinaigrette, in large bowl. Add fruit chunks, toss well. Toss with dressing.
- Heat wraps in microwave for 30 seconds. Lay out wraps and divide salad filling equally. Fold over one end and wrap sides over filling.

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients; add turkey. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. , Drain and discard marinade. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. Grill turkey, uncovered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170°. , In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, carrots and onions. In a small bowl, whisk vinegar and sesame oil; stir in sesame seeds. Drizzle over lettuce mixture and toss to coat. , Cut turkey into 1/2-in. strips; place down the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce mixture and roll up; secure with toothpicks.
