TASTY RAMEN BROCCOLI COLE SLAW
A really nice blend of crisp broccoli, nuts and a tangy sweet dressing! Friends and I have differing opinions on this one.....I like it best when it's first made and the noodles are crunchy, some seem to like it best after a day or two in the fridge when they are softer....it's really good either way!

NUTTY RAMEN BROCCOLI SLAW
I have been making this since I got the 2001 Quick Cooking cookbook. very simple and delicious. I have made just a few changes to the recipe like not putting the ramen noodles, sunflower seeds and almonds in until served, otherwise they become soft and you want them crunchy. I hope you like it as much as we do.

Tips:
- For a healthier version, use low-sodium soy sauce and omit the mayonnaise. You can also use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a tangy and creamy dressing.
- To save time, use pre-shredded cabbage and broccoli slaw mix. You can also buy pre-cooked ramen noodles to make the recipe even quicker.
- Feel free to add other vegetables to the slaw, such as shredded carrots, bell peppers, or snap peas. You can also add some chopped nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
- If you don't have any ramen noodle seasoning packets, you can use a mixture of soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder to season the slaw.
- Serve the slaw immediately or chill it for later. It will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
