EASY AND GOOD TERIYAKI CHICKEN DRUMETTES
This recipe make about 70 chicken drumettes, enough to feed a crowd, they are simply delicious! I have only used Kikkoman brand teriyaki glaze sauce for these, so I cannot say how they would be using another brand of teriyaki glaze. Save the other half of the wing for stock. Prep time does not include separating the wings in half.

Tips:
- Choose the right chicken wings: Use fresh or thawed chicken wingettes for the best results. Avoid using frozen wings, as they can be tough and dry.
- Marinate the chicken wings: Marinating the wings in a flavorful mixture of soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and brown sugar helps tenderize the meat and infuse it with flavor.
- Cook the chicken wings properly: Bake the wings at a high temperature (400°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and crispy. Do not overcrowd the baking sheet, or the wings will not cook evenly.
- Make the teriyaki sauce: While the wings are cooking, make the teriyaki sauce by combining soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Toss the wings in the teriyaki sauce: Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the teriyaki sauce to coat them evenly. Serve the wings hot with additional teriyaki sauce for dipping.
Conclusion:
These teriyaki wingettes are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for parties or game day gatherings. The wings are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and they are coated in a flavorful teriyaki sauce that is sure to please everyone.
