TEXAS BEST CHEESE DIP (CHILE CON QUESO)
This is a delicious cheese dip that my daughter makes. The cream cheese gives it a wonderful consistency. All the fresh ingredients make this a dip that you will be asked for over and over again! Please note I have put "to taste" on alot of the ingredients as it depends on how big your bunch of veggies are. If you actually get lucky enough to have any left it keeps in the fridge a good while and reheats great. I usually serve/take this dip in a crockpot so it stays warm.

Steps:
- 1. This is SUPER EASY! You can melt the cheeses in the microwave or in a sauce pan on super low heat. Once cheese is melted together and smooth, add all other ingredients and mix well.
- 2. Serve warm with your favorite chips!
Tips:
- Use high-quality cheese: The better the cheese, the better the dip will taste. Look for sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, and cream cheese that are all fresh and flavorful.
- Don't overcook the dip: The dip should be melted and smooth, but not overcooked. Overcooked dip will be thick and rubbery.
- Add your own personal touches: Feel free to add your own favorite ingredients to the dip, such as diced tomatoes, green onions, or chili peppers. You can also adjust the amount of spices to taste.
- Serve the dip with a variety of dippers: Tortilla chips, crackers, and vegetables are all great options for dipping into Texas cheese dip.
