When it comes to Chicago-style pizza, the sauce is everything. It's what gives the pizza its signature flavor and sets it apart from other types of pizza. A good Chicago-style pizza sauce is typically made with fresh tomatoes, garlic, onions, and Italian herbs. It should be thick and chunky, with a rich red color. The sauce is also typically cooked for a long time, which allows the flavors to develop and deepen. If you're looking for the best recipe for Chicago-style pizza sauce, you'll want to look for one that uses fresh, high-quality ingredients and that is cooked for a long time.
