1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
2 cups flour

  • Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

1 can condensed tomato soup ((do not dilute) (10.75 ounces))
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 cup raisins
½ cup butter ((room temperature))
8 ounces cream cheese ((room temperature))
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
½ cup chopped walnuts for sprinkling on top ((optional))
